Angel Investors have thoughts and take action. They are not simply people
who have money to invest as is the common mistake with inventors looking for capital.
Angel Investors know that there is a simple fact in business, that if a business can generate
sales by contracting income, and has the technology to deliver to realize the income, then
the business has no need to give away equity in the business to raise money.

So the first thing an Angel Investor will do is ask questions to identify where the problem is
in the business and then attempt to “de-bug” the sales channel. This is the virtuous aspect of
working with a well intentioned Angel Investor.
For inventors this means that your technology will immediately be turned into a valuable
asset if it is capable of contracting sales income. That means you can give away a smaller
share of shares in your business to raise the same amount of money.
Then it is straight forward to raise capital from Angel Investors if it is still necessary.
